Félix is a dedicated and passionate fitness professional whose journey in sports began at a young age. By 16, he had embraced bodybuilding to enhance his self-confidence and quickly recognized the broader benefits of training for both mental and physical well-being. His commitment to a healthy lifestyle led him to pursue a career in coaching.

Certified with L'Académie des entraîneurs in hypertrophy and nutrition (levels 1 through 3), Félix has also obtained advanced and highly reputable certifications in body transformation with Christian Maurice and holistic weight loss with Thibarmy and Strength Sensei. His comprehensive training has provided him with extensive knowledge in physical assessments, nutrition, training methodologies, relationship building, and psychology.
